I’m back and this week I had a very holistic conversation Liz Lockwood about the word “hustle” and what it means to trust your own pace when it comes to having an online business. Liz runs a Facebook group (link below) and she has some experience when it comes to tuning out the noise that is the internet and really trusting your own process.
We also talk about getting in touch with your body, what happens to the energy we absorb (both physically and emotionally) from the computer, and what does being productive really mean.
